If you wish to print out and submit your order via mail, follow these instructions:

1. Add your deired items to the shopping cart as if you were shopping "online".

2. After you have completed shopping, enter the checkout process

3. Complete your billing and/or Shipping information

4. Click on the "CONTINUE" Button and this will bring you to a summary of your cart contents and the Payment Option Page.

5. Click on "Cheque" or "Money Order"

6. Then Print the page via your print button on your browser tool bar.

7. Mail a copy of your order and your payment to:
