ORDERING INFORMATION

To order an item, simply find the item and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "VIEW CART" Button. While in your shopping cart, you can change item quantities, as well as remove items from your cart.

When ready to complete your order, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the prompts for payment & shipping options.

Most orders shipped within 24 to 72 hours during regular business hours, if we forsee a delay in shipping due to backorder, custom orders etc, we will contact you via e-mail with approximate shipping date. Please allow 14-28 busines days for delivery. Customized Engraved items may take up to 5 weeks to be delivered so order early as we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays

Overnight & Express Shipping to the US/CANADA is not guaranteed. We do everything in our power to ensure you receive your item in time but we can not be held responsible for delays that occur due to customs etc. We ship "overnight" or "express" items via Canada Post or Purolator or Fedex, whichever one seems more appropriate.

In order to bring you our low prices, some of our Items are shipped directly from the factory in the US - You will be responsible for all applicable duties & taxes on products shipped out of the US and we cannot be held responsible for items held up in customs.

Unique Boutique a/o DJHOTLINE will not be responsible for any duties, taxes or other costs associated with shipping.

RETURN POLICY - Most products can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of reciept, ONLY with prior written authorization. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product - shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued until returned product(s) are receievd. Returns of personalized items, special orders or opened packages will NOT be accepted. Should your inquiry be based on damage in transit, have a postal agent note your claim before opening package. Promptly report all damage and return the original packing material as well as the product. All expenses incurred in returning a product to DJHOTLINE is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for any items lost in transit willl be issued after investigation by the shipping company has been complete.

Discount Code
If you have been given or sent a discount coupon, you MUST keep the code in order to access the discount. To claim the discount, simply make your order, and once you have completed your shopping, begin the checkout process. In the Payment Information window, scroll to the bottom and enter your discount coupon code where indicated. Please contact us if you have any difficulty with this process.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience, a variety of payments options are available:

PAY BY CASH: - Dont have a credit card or dont want to use your card on-line then choose this option. This is similar to e-mail money transfer - straight from your bank account to ours. Canadian & US dollars. Choose hyperWALLET as your payment choice. After you add your items to the shopping cart and enter the checkout process, Complete your billing and/or Shipping information, click on the "CONTINUE" Button and this will bring you to a summary of your cart contents and the Payment Option Page. Click on "Cash via Hyperwallet" and then click on the "Continue" button. Your order has been successfully processed. You will receive an invoice from us via hyperwallet which you can pay following the simple instructions.


CREDIT CARDS: At this time, credit card payments are only accepted via pay-pal. Pay-Pal is a secured site. Payments will be billed to your credit card in either Canadian or US funds (depending on your PayPal settings). If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one for FREE.



EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER: Can only be accepted from Canadian residents who have an online banking account with either Bank of Nova Scotia, Bank of Montreal, Canada Trust or CIBC. Email transfers work as an internet debit purchases. A credit card is not required. Full instructions will be provided on receipt of order.


CHEQUES & MONEY ORDERS: (CANADIAN orders only) Will be accepted but your order will not ship until full payment is received. Money orders will be processed immediately, cheques will be held up to 7 business days to clear. All cheques and money orders are to be in Canadian Funds, made to DJHOTLINE accompanied by a copy of your email order confirmation.

Click on "Cheque" or "Money Order" and then Print this page via your print button on your browser tool bar.
